Your home audio & video equipment is only as good as its implementation. Home Audio and Video is meant to be an experience that will be remembered. Unfortunately, for some people the task of getting everything working together looks more like a "Do-It-Yourself" nightmare than a dream come true. With Baillio's, you can get your home electronic equipment working at its peak performance.
All audio/video products will be uncrated, set in place and connected to an existing proper electrical, video/audio/cable/internet source. We will remove all packing and tape from the product and make it "ready to use" before we leave.
If proper electrical outlets, or sources are not available at the time of delivery, a complete installation will not be possible.
We will test each product to ensure proper operation and provide you with a brief overview of operation before leaving.
We will remove and haul away any packing from the product such as cardboard, Styrofoam and plastic wrapping.
Standard TV Installation includes:
Programming your cable or satellite remote
Connecting the TV to your video devices
Connecting the TV to your wi-fi
Connecting up to two smart streaming services
Configure an existing voice control device for basic TV control commands
Premium TV Installation includes:
Mount and secure TV to wall
Program cable box or satellite remote
Connect TV to video devices
Connect TV to existing wi-fi
Configure up to two smart streaming services and an existing voice control device
NOTE: Mounting hardware not included
We recommend heavy cardboard at a minimum. For softer flooring (bamboo, pine, etc.) use something stronger such as plywood.
Our delivery teams will be very careful during the installation process however, they will not have these items on the truck. Unprotected flooring damaged during delivery will not be considered for reimbursement.
We will not connect to plastic pipes, or be responsible for corroded pipes of any material. Our installers will not make connections to any gas service that does not have a proper shutoff valve already in place, nor will we connect any gas appliance using copper pipe as the connector.
To put your pets at ease, as well as our delivery team we ask that you confine all house pets to a separate area from the delivery path.
Please ensure a clear path from the driveway to where your appliance will go inside your home. In your home, move furniture, throw rugs and any other valuable items that may impede delivery.
For safety reasons, our delivery team cannot:
- Remove their shoes, Care & caution will be exercised to protect your home and merchandise.
- Lift/Hoist merchandise over banisters, other obstructions, or through windows.
- Use customer-supplied or used connectors.
- Reconnect relocated appliances to home utilities.
- Connect to, or be responsible for, corroded or plastic pipes.
- Relocate used appliances to a different address.
- Perform carpentry, electrical, or plumbing work.
