We encourage you to communicate with one of our sales professionals prior to purchase. If we have your product in stock, we can usually deliver within 1-3 business days. If your product needs to be special ordered, delivery times vary but usually within 14 days *Subject to change based on manufacturer availability Please contact us for questions prior to ordering. Due to the complex nature of delivering and installing appliances & electronics, all sales are final. Before accepting delivery, please inspect the appliance/electronic item(s) for damage and defects and if any exist, customer should refuse delivery, or speak with the sales staff for resolution. Should your appliance/electronic item(s)need repair, we will arrange service with an authorized service provider. Any exchange for defective product, within or beyond warranty terms must be coordinated from the consumer to the manufacturer.
Unopened product(s) complete with original box, packing materials, manuals and accessories may be exchanged within 30 days of original ship date. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed to each product and the customer will be responsible for all applicable delivery costs. Special ordered items, uncrated products, trim kits, custom panels and all other accessories are non-returnable.
Furniture
If we have your product in stock, we can usually deliver within 1-3 business days. If your product needs to be special ordered, delivery times vary. All furniture sales are final and must be paid in full at time of sale. Please inspect your furniture for damage and defects before accepting delivery.
Mattresses
If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer to exchange it.
You must use your mattress for 30 days before a comfort exchange can be made.
Beautyrest Black: NO comfort guarantee, Beautyrest Black may be returned only if in their sealed manufacturer packaging.
Serta: NO comfort guarantee, Serta mattresses may be returned only if in their sealed manufacturer packaging.
Serta iComfort: Can only be exchanged between 31-120 days from the date of delivery
Conditions:
- The replacement mattress must be from the same brand and of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for any additional costs including delivery.
- To qualify for a comfort exchange, you must have purchased a mattress protector on the same invoice as the mattress purchase.
- If the mattress is stained or otherwise damaged in any way, it will not be accepted for exchange.
- The comfort guarantee applies only to mattresses. Foundations, adjustable bases, accessories, etc. are not included.
- The policy does not apply to clearance mattresses
- We will not accept an exchange on any mattress that does not have the attached tags.
