They delivered earlier than promised! They said I would get a text, I did, they said right after I would get a call, I did. They did everything they said they were going to do. In summary when purchasing an appliance, go to an appliance store and not an electronics store like best buy. BALLIOS IS THE BEST!

The nice thing about Baillio's is that you receive undivided attention from your salesperson. I live in Santa Fe and found the selection of appliances to be curated down to only the very best. I bought a LG washer and dryer and absolutely love it. Thankfully, my salesman, Johnathan Adame was knowledgeable because I didn't know that LG was such a great product. He knows the product line very well. Delivery went smoothly and on time. The delivery guys were very careful with my washer and dryer, installed them, and are very respectful. Overall I had an amazing experience. It was my first time buying there and I will shop there again!!

Baillio’s is AWESOME! I love my new refrigerator, washer and dryer. Jimmy Duran, my sales representative, is SO amazing too! I came close to closing time on July 4th without knowing they were closing early on the holiday, but shame on me! I was seeking some Independence Day sales. Jimmy was SO patient and got me everything I needed. Then, when my refrigerator was on backorder for almost 2 months, he was INCREDIBLY responsive and on top of it every day. Thanks a million! Very good experience. I always drove by the place, but didn’t go in until I needed an LG pedestal for my dryer. They were very professional and friendly. The salesman took me to the clearance section after I didn’t find what I’m looking for on the floor, and gave me the exact part number for the pedestal I need. Even though I didn’t purchased anything, I still enjoyed the visit.

Got a fair price on a refrigator that my wife wanted. Our other unit gave out and it was better to replace the unit and get a current warranty. Would have cost more and the unit was oudated. Our sales Person was Mr Andrew Westo. He was great and ensure the unit was the one my wife wanted and made sure it was in Stock. Furthermorr, Mr. WESTON made sure it will be delivered on Wednesday (6/26/24). I. We do have a back-up for this kind of incident and the new unit will delivery in a very quick time to have a working unit. Thank You, Andy for good service and your help in this criss.

Our old fridge was between diagnosis and ordered parts, then the darn thing died on a Saturday evening. We had done some refrigerator purchasing homework just in case we were suddenly without a fridge. The next day, we went to Baillio’s and had the best time working with Jimmy (a master salesman) shopping, thinking, asking questions, and ultimately purchasing. Jimmy was knowledgeable, personable, not one bit pushy, and he answered or got the answers to all of our questions. We were very happy with our selection. Two days later, the delivery and installation by Enrique and Taylor was flawless. We were alerted early in the day that we were #6 on the schedule. Later, we got a more precise time window, and then a text that they were 15 min out. Enrique led the delivery team - he and Taylor were thoughtful and careful, measured the front door width and necessary spaces, and treated our home and the new refrigerator as if it was theirs. Enrique made sure the water dispenser worked, the ice machine was set to “on”, the fridge doors were even, then he took us on a tour of our new fridge and pointed out all the features and controls. Enrique and Taylor worked well together - they were friendly, professional, and got the job done right. We could not be happier.

When you walk into Baillio's someone immediately asks if there's something specific you're looking for. If there is, they take you directly to someone who can help. They make it fast and easy. I just had a new dryer delivered and service couldn't have been better. I got a morning call with an approximate arrival time, then a text when driver was on the way. Two very nice men did the installation and cleaned up properly afterward. Much nicer experience than going to one of the big box stores!

During the past 40 years, I've purchased two stoves, three refrigerators, and three dishwashers from Baillio's. I'm sorry they closed their Santa Fe store! This time I purchased a new dishwasher over the phone rather than trek 100+ miles to ABQ, because I trust this store--even though they're no longer really Baillio's (which I learned at the end of my transaction). It was also an emergency! They had the machine I wanted in stock and could deliver the next week. All was timely and efficient. Thank you, Martha! The old machine should NOT have died at 9 years, but apparently that's how it is these days! So far I'm very pleased with my new Bosch. Leander, my installer, did a great job. I will always recommend Baillio's over the chain store competition.

Ordered a stove which was delivered and installed as promised. Delivery man, Lamar, was awesome to deal with. Unfortunately the stove did not meet expectations and we requested a different (upgraded) stove. The new stove was delivered and installed today. The delivery man, Leander, was also awesome! The stove was was installed and checked out by Leander with everything working fine. He then explained how to operate the stove and ensured that we were satisfied with everything. Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. They match prices--so you always know you're getting the best price. But they have always surpassed the big box stores when it comes to service. I highly recommend this company.

Bought a washer online on Saturday with the help of Jason. It was delivered first thing Monday morning, but there were plumbing issues that had to be addressed before installation. Dominic gave me the card for a plumber that Baillos uses, and he was out and addressed the issue by 2pm. Tuesday morning I was back on the early delivery route and Jose and his partner arrived at 8:30am. By 9 am the old washer was gone, new washer installed and they were off to the next delivery. Great service all around.

I bought a 65" Samsung TV from Ryan @ Baillio's last week. Ryan was quick to answer a string of email questions and followed through on the transaction efficiently. I got a great price, the TV was delivered on time and I couldn't be happier. Baillio's will get my business in the future for sure!

I hadn't been to Baillio's in many years.I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the showroom was, the products carried, and especially the great staff.I will definitely be sure to shop here when in the market for Home electronics and appliances. I didn't know that they also sold furniture! Looked like a nice selection.

Dan and Anthony were fantastic while installing our new LG refrigerator. They carefully removed our old Subzero (very heavy) without any damage. They were very respectful, careful and most pleasant. A great team. We have used Ballios for our appliances for many years and will continue to do so.
